GF NEWS!!

I've just received an email from my Gluten-Intolerance Group that General Mills Rice Chex cereal has started rolling off of the conveyor belts GLUTEN-FREE!!!

It has been very difficult to find any mainstream cereal that is GF. In fact, Fruity Pebbles, Cocoa Pebbles and the Dora and Little Einstein cereals are all that we could buy. Not exactly part of a healthy morning routine. There are a lot of cereals that contain mostly corn or rice, but also contain barley malt--a no-no for gluten-free diets.

It will be a little while before they are stocked on the shelves, but nevertheless, YEA!!! Thank you General Mills.
