It's been 3 years?!?

This weekend we had a little shindig for Aidan's third birthday. The grandparents were here as well as my sister. I made fajitas (with corn tortillas for the gluten-intolerant folks), and my mom and Jackie helped me put together Aidan's gluten-free cake. Yellow is his favorite color and he loves trains, so we went with that. It was my first time attempting a layered GF cake. It met with rave reviews, and overall I'd have to say the food was a success. Whew! We had a great time and the kids were once again spoiled with the attention and gifts of their grandparents. Ahhh, to be a kid again...
